Ok, I am shutting down this blog for a couple of reasons that I will not go into tonight.  You can still follow my regular blogs over at www.melissabufford.com and I promise to post a blog that explains why I decided not to continue on with the food intervention in the next few days.  :(

Is anyone out there?

Have you guys missed me? 

Ok, tomorrow I really really promise to be back on track!  Yesterday, I just flat out didn't take pictures of my food.  Hubby was home with me all day, and well it made it more difficult to get to the camera and the computer to post, and then today, I woke up feeling all icky, and the truth is, I didn't really eat much.  I did take a picture of my peanut butter on toast this AM and my chicken noodle soup that i only had 2 spoonfuls of and stopped eating.  I think because I have been eating very fresh lately (although still too much ;))  That I just could not handle the salty taste of the canned soup!  It was horrible!  I ended up eating a couple handfuls of my kids gold fish.  I drank a lot of Vernors (bad) and then I didn't eat again until like 7:30 pm (double bad)  I went out and grabbed subway.  Oh, I DID get on the computer half way through the day to upload pictures, and while uploading the battery died, and I just never got around to plugging it in. 

So that is that.  A bunch of excuses, but it is what it is! ;) 

I am hoping to feel much better, I took a dose of Activate, which is a supplement that is supposed to boost your immune system, so I am hoping that is kicking myself into gear.  I have great plans for this week, and I was super bummed that I could not get them started today.  Tomorrow is a new day though.

So, I know I stink, but went to dinner with hubby and did not take any pictures.  :(  I cannot find my cel phone, and so I had no way to take a pic :( .

However, I had a 1/3 pound burger with american cheese, lettuce and tomato.  It was so so so yummy!
I also had two (yes two) Apple Martini's.
